To register with cv999t, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Registering with false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any balance or winnings.

3.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled. Operating multiple accounts from the same household, the same device, or the same network is generally not permitted.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Any activity carried out using your credentials will be considered your own. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your name — third-party payments are not accepted.
• cv999t does not charge any processing fee on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing is completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will be blocked if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on cv999t are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Each bonus will have its wagering requirement stated alongside it.
• For the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• Different games may contribute at different rates toward fulfilling the wagering requirement — see the promotions page for details.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash and may only be used as gaming balance.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• cv999t reserves the right to cancel any bonus if evidence of abuse is found.

Limitation of Liability

• Loss caused by problems with your internet connection or device.
• Service interruptions due to unavoidable causes such as natural disasters, power outages, or government directives.
• Loss caused by software errors from third-party game providers.
• Loss resulting from sharing your account password or details with others.
• Mental, financial, or social harm arising from gambling.

Our total liability shall in no case exceed the principal amount you have deposited into your account.

Account Suspension and Closure
